5. Do I have to use cards with your Niqaty program?

No! You don’t have to use cards at all. The “Member” can use his/her mobile number or membership number as an “ID” to accumulate points, JD’s spend or rewards in a merchant’s store or business.

7. Is my data private and secure?

Absolutely! All of your data is hosted with secure servers.


8. Do you offer discounts for multiple locations?

Absolutely! Send us an email to discuss discounted pricing for your business.


9. Which merchants are participating in this program?

The Niqaty system will be available for all stores / hotels / outlets /restaurants, and other businesses in Jordan.


10. How many tiers of membership does Niqaty Program have?

Niqaty system has four membership tiers: Normal, Silver, Gold & platinum.


11. What are the benefits that Niqaty Program Members receive?

All members will be able to earn loyalty points from any qualifying merchants that subscribed with Niqaty program. Members can redeem his/her points and enjoy the merchant gifts.


12. Is there a membership fee?

No Fees are required to join the Niqaty program.


13. How will I earn loyalty points?

Members will earn loyalty points for every 1 JD’s Spend at Participating merchant depending on tier level. Taxes are not included in loyalty program.


14. Can I earn Loyalty points during the discount time?

Members will only be entitled to either Loyalty Points or discount. Members will need to advise merchant staff whether they wish to earn Loyalty Points or discount during their visit.


15. How do I check my account summary?

Simply log in to your account with your username and password to view your account summary, you will be able to update your profile, view your reward points, and make redemptions in your account.


16. Are my points transferable or exchangeable for cash?

Loyalty Points are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash.


17. How do I redeem my points?

Log in to your Niqaty account to view the reward items. Once you have made your selection and submitted your redemption request, you will receive an email / SMS notification containing your redemption Voucher/Gifts. Vouchers/gifts are subject to the merchant terms and conditions listed.


18. After redemption is confirmed, am I able to cancel or change the redemption item?

We regret that there is no cancellation or change allowed on the redemption item once you have submitted your request. Use of the voucher/gift is subject to the merchant terms and conditions stated.


19. What if I accidentally redeemed the wrong voucher / gift?

Members will be charged accordingly for any accidental redemption made.


20. Are my reward voucher / gift transferable or exchangeable for cash?

All vouchers/ gifts are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.


21. Do my reward vouchers/gifts expire?

Rewards vouchers/gifts are valid for ---- months from the date of issue.


22. How do I update my contact details?

To change your personal details, log in to your account with your username and password and update your information.
